Dr. John C. Umhau, MD, MPH, CPE, FASAM is a board-certified physician in Addiction Medicine and Preventive Medicine, a former NIH Senior Clinical Investigator, and a nutritional neuroscience researcher. His work integrates clinical medicine, brain science, public health, and federal research experience.

He provides expert commentary, keynote presentations, and educational lectures on addiction treatment, brain health, nutritional influences on mental health, and the science underlying long-term behavioral change.
